- Healthcare Facilities: 200-bed Medicover hospital at Srikakulam, a 100-bed Gopala krishna kusua memorial hospital in Palasa srikakula, a 350-bed Ramesh hospital in Guntur, 100-bed L.V.Prasad eye institute in kothur, a 150-bed V Care hospital in Behrampur orissa, a 35-bed A V Hospitals in Kamareddy ,Quantum Diagnostics in Kakinada and a Medical Diagnostic Facility in Hyderabad.

Soil investigation in 125 Acres site for M/s South Asia International Institute, Hyderabad for their proposed Sylvan International Universities, USA.
- Large-Scale Developments: Development of Infrastructure in 6 Townships across 1500 Acres in Hyderabad, and Residential flats (192 Nos) for Aditya Birla at Singrauli. Development High rise residential cum commercial building of 76.5 mts near Popallaguda, Hyderabad. Abdul kalam memorial in Rameswaram, a domes structure with 20 diameter mts at 12 mts height in a span of 12 months
- Transportation Infrastructure: Independent In-Charge since Tendering to successfully handing over of Railway project (Viaduct for road cum rail bridge on River Ganga at Munger (Bihar) of ECR railways). Independent In-Charge of execution of the earthwork in embankment for New BG line from Deoria to Sahebgunj (Bihar) including 32 Minor bridges and 2 Major Bridges for ECR railway.
